Factors Associated With Heel Pain in Young Professional

Background: Heel pain is a common condition that affects people with all age groups but mostly it found in young and middle groups. Different factors are thought to be associated heel such as age, body mass index, height , weight, %age of sitting standing during most part the day. Aim: To identify measure frequency professionals. Methodology: It was an Observational cross sectional study design which conducted different office hospital setting Lahore. 266 participants were taken after meeting inclusion criteria. Data collected using standardized questionnaire. SPSS version 26 used for data analysis. Results: there current 166(62.4%) reported pain. majorly females (77.8%). Among professionals, maximum among lecturers/Teachers (42.2%), nurses (21.7%), doctors Physiotherapist (6%) workers (24.1%). 44.6% effect on their quality work some extent 30.1% have strong impact QOW. Conclusions: From above results its concluded professionals including lecturers, nurses, teachers physiotherapist. The main gender percentage job nature factor can modified decreased incidence if prolonged required according then suggested change pressure heels i.e. by incorporating walk or interval between hours continuous weight bearing feet.
